Our journey to Göreme will take approximately 15 minutes. Upon arrival, we will offer you a small breakfast before the flight. After breakfast, our flight will begin.

Day started with ontime pickup , followed by nice gesture with snacks . Then the magical moments started , Balloon Ride from takeoff until landing was flawless . We travelled with my mum who has mobility issues (can't climb but is able to walk), I emailed them and they said it wasn't a problem. they sent a mini van with a step and they lifted her up into the balloon and when the ride was over they lifted her back down. sterling service and with a smile (although my mum is not a light person) I recommend this tour operator to everyone. It was an wonderful experience. I recommend the ride with maximum 20 people, so there's 5 people in each basket, which allows you to have a good view and pictures of the ride. Even my son was afraid in the beginning, but got comfortable after. The ride was smooth and beautiful.

The explanation of how to do the “safe landing position” was enough not to worry you (it was a 100% safe, smooth landing) the pilots were fun and knowledgeable about everything. The email communication is very timely and smooth, We booked both balloon tour and private land tour with him, the price is very reasonable.
During the 4AM balloon tour, we wait in the hotel lobby to be picked up, and when I communicate with Fatih, he response immediately ( in 4AM!), which go beyond my expectation.
After the great balloon tour, we go back to hotel and meet him at 9:30, he wait on the lobby around 9 clock, I see him when I go to breakfast, but not realized it is him, it is a nice gesture to wait for the customer.
He meet us with the driver and a 7 people mini van, that is very comfortable, Fatih speak good English. the tour is highly customized to us, in the morning, we go to Kaymaklı underground city, and then Gerome open air museum, he give great guide on both site and when we are driving. Then he take us to a very nice lunch on a cave restaurant, and in the afternoon, we go to Camel valley, Monk valley and Rose valley for a hike.
The tour end at 5:30PM, we have a great day.

We visited Cappadocia last month. Fatih organised the whole trip from pick up to drop off at the airport. With him we explored the mazi underground city, went on a balloon ride, ate local food and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Stream is efficient, yet flexible and is quick to catch the pulse of traveller. I would definitely recommend them to anyone visiting Cappadocia!
Our Tour Guide Fatih and his team were real professional. We were not only interested in seeing Cappadocia. We want to see local live and interact with local people. Fatih was an excellent for having us to able to see around and local people especially Mustapha Pasha village and Goreme Nostalji Hotel.
P.S Balloon tour We missed that one because of our son whom did not want to getup that morning but definitely, We will do it next year.
